Job Description

Our client, a well-established architecture firm, is seeking both an Architectural Project Manager and an Architectural Senior Project Manager to join one of their Architectural Studio’s Production team. These roles are critical in leading projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery is on schedule, within scope and budget, and aligned with client expectations.

The Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager will serve as key points of contact for clients while overseeing internal teams, consultants, and all phases of project execution, including construction administration and design in Revit or AutoCAD as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy leadership, client interaction, and driving projects to successful outcomes within a collaborative team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead multiple projects through all phases from planning to completion
  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing
  • Design as needed in Revit and/or AutoCAD
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
  • Oversee QA/QC and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Support proposals, contracts, and fee development
  • Monitor financial performance, invoicing, and collections
  • Identify risks and implement solutions proactively
  • Participate in construction administration activities


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • PM: 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Sr. PM: 10+ years of experience with strong leadership background
  • Experience in multifamily, civic or hospitality projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD industry-standard software
  • Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively


COMPENSATION RANGE

  • Project Manager: $90K – $120K
  • Senior Project Manager: $150K+-
