Key Responsibilities:
- Perform urine specimen collections in accordance with DOT and non-DOT protocols
- Ensure chain of custody documentation is accurately completed
- Maintain a clean, professional collection site and respectful environment
- Communicate effectively with donors while protecting their privacy
- Handle and ship specimens to certified laboratories
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be drug and tobacco-free
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow protocol in sensitive and high-trust situations
- Experience in healthcare, security, or customer service a plus
- Certification or training in DOT collections preferred (or willing to train)
