We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer with the ability to work efficiently using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working with rebar in the construction or concrete industry, and the ability to read and utilize a tape measure accurately. This role requires the capability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with various tasks around the plant as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools effectively.
- Work with rebar in construction or concrete settings.
- Read and utilize a tape measure with precision.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with general duties around the plant as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in general labor tasks.
- Experience in construction and handling tools.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Experience with rebar and concrete work.
- Capable of reading a tape measure accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge in industrial or construction production.
- Familiarity with carpentry and mechanical tasks.
- Ability to read a tape measure down to a quarter of an inch.
- Willingness to learn basic blueprints and follow directions.
- Comfortable with repetitive work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Work Environment
This role operates in both outdoor and indoor settings, in a non-climate controlled environment. The work area can be dirty due to the nature of concrete work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fuquay Varina, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
