Job Description

  • Performing patient intake tasks and scheduling
  • Preparing equipment and treatment rooms
  • Liaising between patients, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and other departments
  • Assisting patients to walk, sit, and stand
  • Observing patients performing prescribed physical exercises
  • Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files
  • Applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed
  • Support the Front Desk with patient check-ins and payment collections

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people
  • Reliable and professional with the ability to place value on and maintain patient care as the number one priority
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule to work 40 hours a week
