As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, the Manager of Sales Enablement is a strategic role that supports our B2B2C Business Development, External Affairs, and Partnership teams. This position combines strategic thinking with creative execution to drive revenue growth through compelling content creation, market analysis, and sales support initiatives.

Located at our office in Naperville, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Support & Content Creation:

  • Provide strategic thought partnership to Business Development, Partnership, and External Affairs teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create high-impact, partner-facing pitch materials and sales collateral.
  • Produce industry-specific content including white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Craft compelling partnership proposals and presentation materials.

Sales & Partnership Operations:

  • Lead RFP proposal writing and response coordination.
  • Develop and maintain account review processes and materials.
  • Create content for industry conferences, community engagement, and partner events.
  • Prepare comprehensive business reviews (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
  • Support pitch deck development and presentation design.

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing market trend analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments.
  • Translate market insights into actionable sales strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain deep understanding of product suite and value proposition.

Creative & Technical Execution:

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design professional sales materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all client-facing collateral.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Manage content versioning and updates across multiple stakeholders.

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all materials and projects.
  • Manage project priorities and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role:

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in B2B2C or partnership-driven environments.
  • Experience with RFP processes and proposal development.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Expert-level PowerPoint and presentation design capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.

Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job:

We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing.  The base pay range for this position is $94,585 - $135,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
