Schedule: Full-time | On-site | Day Shift
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping complex systems running smoothly? We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Engineer for a well-established manufacturing facility in the Triad area. This is a high-impact role supporting plant operations by troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of production and facility equipment.
You’ll work closely with a Mechanical Engineer and serve as a go-to technical expert for maintenance techs—no direct reports, but plenty of leadership opportunity.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems

Lead preventative maintenance efforts to reduce downtime and improve reliability

Support safety and compliance initiatives (ISO 9001, OSHA, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated maintenance issues

Train and mentor maintenance technicians

Maintain parts inventory and support 5S/lean manufacturing practices
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Associate’s degree, technical training, or military background preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills using electrical test equipment

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and safety protocols

Excellent communication and documentation skills
