  • Act as a technical liaison between plant operations, engineering leadership, and vendors
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of plant equipment, automation, and production systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering
  • Strong mechanical background, particularly with automated manufacturing equipment
  • Experience designing or specifying manufacturing equipment and tooling
  • Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience supporting product launches using APQP
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and vendors
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and industrial machine interfaces

Why This Role Is Attractive

  • High-impact engineering role with visible ownership of capital and process projects
