Are you an experienced HVAC technician with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for getting the job done right the first time? ProSkill Services is looking for a skilled HVAC Warranty Repair Technician who excels at diagnosing and performing refrigerant-related repairs and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

As a Warranty Repair Technician, you’ll play a critical role in upholding our service excellence by:
- As an HVAC Warranty Repair Technician, you will be the face of ProSkill’s commitment to fast, reliable, and skillful service. You’ll:
- Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms.
- Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently.
- Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job.
- Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation.
- Ensuring jobsite and personal safety, following local codes and company protocols.
- Representing ProSkill with professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
What You Bring:
- Valid HVAC certification/license and experience with warranty or service repair.
- Minimum 3-5 years in HVAC residential/commercial repair.
- HVAC trade certification or license (where applicable).
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment (heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, etc.).
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
- Ability to work independently in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops).
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
