We are looking for Registered Nurses with experience in postpartum, maternal-child, or pediatric nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct in-home visits with postpartum families and infants
-
Assess maternal and infant health, provide education, and support family well-being

Document assessments and report changes to the care team or supervising physician

Coach families on infant care, maternal health, home safety, and resources

Assist with program operations and coordinate with community partners
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Ohio

Experience in postpartum, maternal-child, or pediatric nursing preferred
-
CPR certification and other relevant certifications

Strong communication, clinical skills, and compassion

Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
