Position Summary:
Lamplight Insurance Solutions is seeking a driven and client-focused Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will contribute to our company's growth by selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and possesses a strong desire to succeed in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the various insurance policies offered by Lamplight Insurance Solutions.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and establish a strong client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with clients to develop suitable plans based on their unique risk profiles and financial objectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver informed advice to clients.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Lamplight Insurance Solutions.
- Collaborate with the Lamplight team to develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's reach and market presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
