Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working in a factory or warehouse environment. This role involves assembling wire harnesses using hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Location: Claremont, CA
Temp to Hire
Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm depending on production needs
Payrate: $17.50

Responsibilities
- Assemble cables and components according to specifications on the assembly line.
- Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the manufacturing facility safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Report any mechanical issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
Specified Requirements Acknowledgment:
- Coordination, ability to strip wire attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand drawings in English
- Good hand dexterity – required for handling small wires and connectors. Attention to detail and ability to work seated for long periods. Able to use hand tools, tweezers, screwdrivers, cutters and torque wrenches.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirement:
- Ability to work with company management & manufacturing floor employees.
- Training: General use of equipment through department training. Use of Inspection Tools (Microscope); Tagging and Identifying Product.
- Capabilities: Ability to work with the manufacturing and department supervisors.
