Driver Helper
Full Time 40 hours/week
$13.00/hour

Job Summary
The Driver Helper assists the driver with deliveries, loading and unloading merchandise, and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical strength, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Secure cargo using appropriate equipment (straps, blankets, dollies, etc.)
- Help ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver to stores in a timely and professional manner.

- Ability to learn and operate the store cash register

Physical Requirements
- These work environment factors are general in nature: CONSTANT: Stand and near vision. FREQUENT: Bend neck; talk/speak; and visual accommodation. OCCASIONAL: Medium work, lift and carry up to 50 pounds; rotate neck, static neck position; walk; hear within 5 feet and midrange vision.
