As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our agency by offering products that provide clients with security, confidence, and peace of mind.
In this role, you'll actively engage with both new prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You'll receive comprehensive training to become a trusted advisor for individuals, families, and businesses evaluating coverage options and recommending plans that best fit their goals and priorities.

Responsibilities
- Work full-time in the office to generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads.
- Help clients understand their coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to policyholders.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn about insurance products, sales strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to prepare for advancement into a licensed insurance agent role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain).
- Prior sales or management experience a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
