- Duration - This assignment will at least be 3 months, with potential of FTE conversion
- Need is for (1) Contractor
- Hourly pay rate - $20.00
- Work environment - Onsite 4 days/week for training the first 2 weeks after training period, 2 days/onsite per month At our corporate office - 3701 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 300 Minneapolis, MN 55416 USA
- Working Hours – 9am – 5:30 pm
- Interview process – 30 Minute Virtual.
Overview:
The Order Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing all patient related paperwork for the sales team. This includes processing faxes received, incoming referrals and data entry in the Filemaker program. This position coordinates and maintains the order completion process to ensure service levels and insurance requirements are met. This position involves high volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing internal administrative support for the Sales Team
- Enter New Patients received from Clinics or Sales Representatives into Filemaker Database
- Conduct clinic outreach for missing referral information
- Process all order related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner ensuring service levels are met
- Ensure paperwork meets payer requirements and standards
- Ensure regulatory requirements such as HIPPA are followed and incidents reported to Supervisor
- Attend monthly required meetings such as, 1:1’s with Supervisors, Department Meetings, Stretch meetings and Company Town Halls
- Assist with overtime requests from Supervisors
- Other duties as assigned such as database clean up, cross-departmental assistance, and database testing but not limited to
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Required:
- Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred:
- 2+ years of data entry experience
- Previous experience with Filemaker
Knowledge & Skills

- Demonstrates organizational skills
- Ability to focus for long periods while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and effectively

- Demonstrates ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook preferred
