Keeley Companies is offering an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant for our Risk Management Group located at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by managing documentation, reporting support, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Management Department to help maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including policies, procedures, risk documentation, and internal trackers.
  • Support reporting and data entry (e.g., compiling information, formatting reports, updating dashboards/spreadsheets).
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easy to retrieve.
  • Collect and compile information from internal teams and external partners to support risk-related processes.
  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, mailing, and data entry.
  • Help process and track routine documentation (e.g., required forms, compliance-related documents, and supporting records).
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Assist with special projects and other department tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Administrative experience preferred (construction, compliance, insurance, legal, or risk-related experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with document management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through consistently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
