Construction Laborer
Location: Nampa, ID
Pay: $18 / HR
Job Description:
- Assemble modular components for multi-family housing projects using off-site construction methods.
- Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members.
- Follow established processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high production uptime and stable workflow.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16”
- Experience working with hand, power, and pneumatic tooling.
- A strong drive to maintain a stable production phase and high up-time of the factory’s machinery.
- Desire to innovate and create with a willingness to stretch the limits of what’s been done before.
- Desire to implement processes, instructions, and strategies to improve our performance as a team.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and self-start.
- Must promote and perform to the company values.
Environment & Shift:
- This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ pounds regularly.
- State of the art Facility in Nampa ID, with Robots doing a majority of the work - the construction laborer will be tasked in a certain department decided to upon the interview.
- Weekend Shift: 6am-6pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
