The Administrative Assistant provides vital support to a small executive team, managing daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves regular scheduled interaction with external clients and partners, requiring professionalism and discretion. The assistant utilizes Outlook and Teams for scheduling and communication, supporting a smooth workflow throughout the workweek.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars using Outlook
- Supporting Project Manager
- Serve as a liaison between executives and clients
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Provide general office support including handling phones
- Facilitate communication through Teams and other tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in administrative support
- Construction Experience a plus!!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
