Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a dedicted candidate to procide essential speech-language pathology services to students requiring communication support. This contract position is based in Oregon City, OR, for the duration of the extended school year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs of students.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff.
• Provide direct therapy to students with identified speech and language disorders.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state SLP-CCC licensure
• Oregon Fingerprints check
• Experience working with children, particularly in an early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
