We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback to enhance their experience with our products and services

Job: On site
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely assistance and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems and records.
  • Provide product information, troubleshooting, and support for customer accounts.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution when necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation of customer feedback processes to improve service quality.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
