Responsibilities
- Stand watch at the engine room during maneuvering and at sea
- Troubleshoot and repair. Keep record of all modifications
- Operate equipment and systems when directed to do so
- Fully understand emergency procedures for generators, bilge pump, fire pump, and the steering gear
- Perform inspections and routine tests
Requirements
- Valid MMC with STCW certification.
- USCG Medical certification.
- Valid passport and TWIC card.
- Proven experience in maritime or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
