Job Summary: As aBehavioral Health Clinician at Paving the Way MSI, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients aged 5 and up, including individual, family, and group counseling. You will work in the DC MAP program, collaborating with care coordinators, managing high-risk cases, and providing tele-health consultation to families and school-based health centers.

Responsibilities:
Therapeutic Interventions:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to consumers aged 5 and older, including individual, family, and group sessions.
Conduct diagnostic and crisis assessments to inform treatment planning.
Manage personal caseload efficiently, ensuring continuity of care for discharged clients.
Care Coordination and Program Leadership:
Lead high-risk follow-ups and support care coordinators in the DC Mental Health Access in Pediatrics program.
Provide tele-health-enhanced consultation to families and school-based health centers, offering brief interventions and resource referrals.
Supervise staff in the DC MAP program and participate in strategic planning to enhance participation and service delivery.
Compliance and Reporting:
Adhere to agency documentation guidelines, maintaining confidentiality.
Write required reports for DBH/DOH and attend monthly meetings.
Ensure program success by meeting service delivery goals and adhering to grant requirements.
Team Collaboration and Professional Development:
Actively engage in clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuous quality improvement.
Participate in professional development, staying updated on policies and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or equivalent (LGPC/LGSW/LPC/LICSW required).
1-3 years of experience in outpatient mental health services or integrated care settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Products and Electronic Medical Records.
Experience in an integrated primary care and behavioral health setting.
