Carpenter
WeatherTech is seeking a qualified Carpenter to build and repair structures and other items as well as source appropriate materials depending on project needs.

As a Carpenter you will
- Perform work and assist in a wide range of construction tasks including framing and drywall, masonry and painting, insulation, flooring installation, and roofing
- Ensure a clean and safe work site
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- Prepare job sites including but not limited to digging trenches, setting braces for support, and erecting scaffolding
- Clean job sites including removal of waste
- Assist other craft workers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates will
- Have 5 plus years of experience as a Carpenter in commercial property
- Be a team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic
- Be dependable, with excellent attendance
- Be able to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Have some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work
- Handle/lift up to 50 lbs; carry ladders; work from heights; work in small crawl spaces
- Work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that includes inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
- Possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment
- Perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be able to work well with and motivate a team
- Be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
