Seeking an experienced Worker's Compensation RN. Full-time preferred, must live in the St. Louis, MO area.

Our case managers partner with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and providers to facilitate a successful return to work. Must be self-driven, organized, an excellent communicator, efficient, and possess appropriate state licensure. A Missouri nursing license is required and an IL license would be a plus.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to use Microsoft Office and to learn a case management technology system.
• Aptitude for working both independently and within a team environment
• An ability to advocate, educate, and be assertive to ensure the best possible result for the injured worker.
• Strong time management skills, including being able to effectively prioritize and adapt to a dynamic, fluctuating case load.
