Our client in Clive is seeking a detail-oriented Fabrication Team Member to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Location: Clive, IA
Shift: 2nd Shift, 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
Pay: $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure products meet all standards and requirements.
- Work with computers and other equipment as needed.
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure.
- Assist the Fabrication team with daily tasks to maintain production standards.
- Safely lift and move up to 75 lbs. as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with computers.
- Must be able to read and use a tape measure accurately.
- Strong work history and reliability.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
