\n\nKey Qualifications / Job Requirements\n

- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required — experienced ICU RN or critical care nurse\n
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience preferred\n
- Cardiac ICU experience preferred for critical care nursing roles\n
- Active RN license in New Jersey or compact state (New Jersey nursing license required for non-compact applicants)\n
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA only)\n

- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process to critically ill patients\n
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams\n
- Adhere to hospital policies, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory requirements\n
- Participate in orientation (virtual and in-person) and complete all required training modules\n
- Perform accurate documentation and charting in Cerner EMR\n
