Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of relevant clinical experience

• Valid Nurse Practitioner License in California

• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (specific to Nurse Practitioners)

• Active DEA registration

• This is an on-site position

Preferred Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Endocrinology, Diabetes, or Gestational Diabetes
