Job Details:
\n
• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in a clinic setting
\n• 8-hour day shifts with no weekend requirements
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT(M) - Certified Mammography Technologist
\n• California Medical Radiographer license (MRAD:CA) required
\n• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
\n• Must complete satisfactory formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent program
\n• Completion of 40 hours of structured education in Mammography required
\n• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) preferred
\n• One year experience as a Radiologic/Mammography Technologist preferred
\n• Six months experience in outpatient environment preferred
\n• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills essential
\n• Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology for imaging required
\n• Knowledge of proper operation and care of radiology diagnostic equipment and radiation safety required
\n• Medical terminology and familiarity with electronic practice management system and PACS required
