Job DescriptionJob Title: Assembly Technician

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour

Job Summary

The Assembly Technician plays a key role in maintaining quality within our machining value streams by ensuring part and process consistency. This position focuses on hands-on quality inspection, measurement, and problem-solving to support a strong, built-in quality culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and experienced in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on machining parts and processes
  • Perform problem-solving activities to address and resolve quality issues
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of parts and manufacturing processes
  • Measure machining parts using precision tools
  • Review and analyze quality reports and CMM data
  • Support LEAN and 5S initiatives within the production environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
