Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external agencies.

- Order office supplies and manage inventory.
- Prepare and process payment requisitions.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment.
- Arrange travel accommodations and logistics.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and large gatherings.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents and files.
- Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative workflows.
- Maintain a productive, organized, and professional office environment.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested.
- Update and maintain databases and tracking systems.
- Work independently and collaboratively on special projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
