Job DescriptionSalary Range: $75K – $100K | Sign on Bonus: $20k depending on qualifications and experience| Partial RelocationWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical (Med Surg) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and infection control standards
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within six (6) months of hire
