Position Overview:
As a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for conducting precise laboratory testing and analysis critical to patient diagnosis and treatment. Your expertise will support clinicians by delivering timely and reliable lab results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and blood banking
- Ensure quality control and compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain laboratory equipment and oversee specimen integrity
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to interpret lab data and provide clinical insight
- Document and report findings accurately in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
