Banquet Set-Up Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary equipment
- Ensure all banquet areas are clean, organized, and properly arranged prior to events
- Assist with the delivery and placement of banquet supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with catering and event staff to ensure smooth execution of events
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in all banquet areas
- Break down and clean banquet spaces after events, ensuring proper storage of equipment and supplies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
