Job Description
Position Summary
Are you passionate about health, wellbeing, and making a real impact on college campuses? This is your opportunity to be on the front lines of a movement that's changing the way college students show up for themselves and each other.
The Partner Success Associate plays a vital role in growing RELEASE U's impact by supporting our network of university partnerships, fraternities, and student organizations. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Partner Success Manager to build and nurture relationships that bring meaningful health and wellness programming to campuses across the country.
This role is ideal for someone excited about travel and energized by building connections in new environments. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with students and leaders nationwide, helping foster strong communities and lasting relationships that extend beyond a single campus.
But this role goes beyond relationship management—you'll also step into the room as a Coach, facilitating conversations, workshops, and experiences that give college students the tools to feel their best, grow personally, and thrive.
If you believe college should be about more than surviving the semester, and you want to be part of a team that's actually doing something about it, this is the role for you!
