- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with call center operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills is essential.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
