We are seekng to hire a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Managing Google Drive
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate Degree or Higher prefered
