Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room - (Nights)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room for a 13-week travel assignment in Murphysboro, IL 62966.

Contract Details

• 1900-0730, Full-time (36 hours/week)
  
• Start Date: 6/22/2026
  
• Contract: 13 weeks
  
• Location: Murphysboro, IL 62966
  
• Weekend/ Call Requirements: Weekend requirement is every 3rd weekend, no call requirements, 4th of July holiday requirement
  
• State License: Must Be Currently Active
  
• EMR Used: EPIC
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
  
• Establish a compassionate environment to provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patient and families
  
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
  
• Provide in health teaching and counseling to promote, attain, and maintain the optimum health level of patients
  
• Demonstrate ability to use clinical judgement in conjunction with critical thinking to recognize, act upon, and report changes in patient condition.
  
• Complete, accurate and timely documentation in patient medical record
  
• Provide input into the development of policies and procedures to support patient safety and quality of care
  
• Supervision and delegation responsibilities of licensed practical nurse and/or unlicensed assistant personnel
  
• Serve as an advocate for the patient by communicating and collaborating with other health service professionals
  
• Timely completion of required education, competencies, and licensure.
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year recent ER experience is preferred
  
• Active IL RN License required
  
• BLS, ACLS, PALS are required
  
• NIHSS & TNCC highly desired
  
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
