Insight Global is hiring Call Center Representatives for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. Our client is setting up operations for a new contact center in Tempe, AZ, where these individuals will serve as a frontline support for credit card customers via phone, chat, and email. These individuals will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be available to work either 2nd or 3rd shift with weekend and holiday availability.

The hourly pay for this position is $30/hr.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of customer/client service experience, in a contact center or financial services
- Credit card support experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the banking or financial industry.
- 5+ years of client service experience.
- Associate Degree or higher
