Position Overview

As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily staff activities in your assigned area, guiding and mentoring your team to success. Your leadership will help shape the quality of services we provide, making a real impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies.
• Lead the resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Education: Associate's Degree in a related field preferred (applicable work experience may substitute).
• Skills:
  • Strong mathematical skills for data analysis.
  • Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Effective communication skills for training and presentations.
• Experience: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a well-lit, climate-controlled office environment, with occasional exposure to a hospital setting. You may encounter various challenges, including:

• Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
• Repetitive motions associated with computer use.
• Exposure to health-related hazards, requiring safety precautions.
