Job Description
People First. Always.
If you’re reading this because you’re exhausted, questioning the “why” behind your work, or feeling disconnected from the profession you once loved, this might be for you.
Maybe you’re overworked. Maybe your current clinic talks endlessly about KPIs but rarely about people.
Maybe you feel alone, unsupported, or like you don’t have the time or autonomy to truly help your patients.
And maybe — just maybe — you’re wondering where the career you dreamed of went. Where the meaning is. Where you are.
If that hits home, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
At Seattle Rehab Specialists, we believe in one simple, unwavering idea: People First.
We exist to elevate the healing experience by empowering people through healthy movement — and that includes you, the therapist reading this.
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is:
- Communicative, deeply empathetic, and genuinely connected
- Driven, curious, and committed to lifelong learning
- A collaborator and creative thinker
- Someone who values community as much as clinical excellence
- Someone who treats patients as individuals, not diagnoses
What you’ll find here:
- A team that feels like a family
- A leadership team that listens
- Space to treat with intention and purpose
- Collaboration, mentorship, and support
- Community — with your colleagues and with your patients
- A renewed connection to your “why”
Most PTs who join us say that within a few months they feel:
- Inspired again
- Supported and connected
- Re-energized and purposeful
- Challenged in all the right ways
- Part of something bigger
If you’re ready to feel like yourself again — in a career that reflects your values and your heart — we’d love to talk.
Requirements
- Washington State PT license or in the process of obtaining one
Compensation
- $88,000–$100,000 annual salary, +Team and individual bonuses available
