Senior Architectural & Specification Sales (A&D)

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Architectural & Specification Sales Rep to lead A&D outreach and drive specifications across commercial, hospitality, and high-end multi-family projects. The ideal candidate is already well-connected within the design community and knows how to create demand from the specification stage through to dealer and installer fulfillment.
This is a highly visible role where your relationships and influence will directly impact revenue. You’ll host CEUs and presentations, manage specs through to POs, and serve as a trusted partner to architects, interior designers, and spec writers throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a territory plan targeting A&D firms, design-build groups, and key specifiers across Colorado.

Present CEUs, design sessions, and new product introductions to build brand awareness and drive product specification.

Manage the full “spec-to-purchase” process—winning specs, maintaining them through VE, and ensuring pull-through via dealers and installers.

Build and nurture relationships with top-tier architectural and design firms; map key decision makers and project pipelines.

Coordinate pricing, samples, and logistics with internal operations and showroom teams.

Track opportunities in CRM, maintain pipeline hygiene, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Partner cross-functionally with commercial sales, operations, and marketing to align strategy and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For

10+ years of A&D specification sales experience in tile, stone, or architectural finishes.

Deep relationships with architects, interior designers, spec writers, and design-build firms.

Proven ability to drive products from specification through award and installation.

Experience conducting CEUs, mockups, and design presentations.

CRM proficiency, strong organization, and territory management discipline.

Strong understanding of technical documentation, submittals, and jobsite coordination.

A self-starter with creativity, persistence, and a passion for design and product storytelling.
