Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards and specifications. In this role, you will gain foundational knowledge in coatings technology, conduct experiments, perform lab tests, and participate in safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality meets standards and specifications.
- Learn the basics of coatings technology and compile test results and analyses.
- Conduct experiments and tests using standard paint procedures and techniques.
- Perform lab tests to assist scientists in material analysis and document findings.
- Participate in safety programs and audits to maintain a safe work environment.
- Mix paint batches according to formulas or create new experimental formulas.
- Maintain lab equipment and areas, including routine upkeep of specific rooms and cabinets.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of quality experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Experience with SAP/WMS System and ISO-9001 requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Quality control, GMP, Quality assurance, Analysis, QC, Paint prep, Coating, Blending, Mixing, Chemical, Coatings, Paint.
- Strong preference for candidates with Paint/Coatings/Chemical industry knowledge or experience.

Work Environment
Work primarily on the Production Floor and in the Paint/Coatings Lab. The shift is Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, with potential overtime on Fridays. Flexibility in shift hours and availability for overtime is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75/hr.
