<p>A growing, privately held company with a collaborative, fast-paced culture is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support general ledger activities and month-end close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning reconciliations, maintaining clean financials, and contributing to an efficient close process.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of accounting experience</li>
<li>Strong general ledger experience</li>
<li>Hands-on month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience</li>
<li>ERP system experience required (NetSuite is a plus)</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of GAAP</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently</li>
