Project Superviosr - Home Improvement / Construction

Shells Only Home Improvements is seeking a full-time Project Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the build site - dormers, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, new homes, including leading and managing the crews.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day operations of job sites.
• Leading and managing the crews.
• Deliver consistent and high-quality work utilizing industry standards.
• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors on site.
• Ensure that the build site has all the tools and materials needed for each day's work.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Project Management of residential dormer, extension, kitchen & bath, and new home construction a MUST.
• MUST have the know-how to build a home from the ground up.
• Strong project management skills.
• Working knowledge of blueprints, dormers, extensions, kitchen and bathrooms.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Strong leadership qualities.

**Salary commensurate with experience.

**Unlimited commission opportunity available on top of base salary.
