Job DescriptionOverview of the Position: Our Outside Operations Team is the most forward-facing group within our organization. The team works together to provide expert service to all members and their guests. Team members are expected to operate the Bag Drop, Driving Range &amp; Practice Facilities, Manage the Golf Cart Fleet, Care for all member &amp; guest golf bags, and demonstrate service oriented interpersonal skills within every interaction. Required Experience:
<ul>
<li>Proactive and service driven attitude.</li>
<li>Willingness to work weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Experience in a service forward role.</li>
<li>Able to bend and lift 20 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds frequently.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet &amp; welcome members and their guests at the Bag Drop.</li>
<li>Understand the flow of the full Golf Operation to ensure all touch points and member needs are met.</li>
<li>Stock, Maintain, and Clean the Driving Range and Practice Facilities at all times.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all interactions.</li>
<li>Work in a strong team-oriented environment focused on constant communication.</li>
