Job Description

Front Desk / Patient Experience

Greet and assist patients & guests in the waiting room; provide concierge-level support.
Answer phones, route calls/messages to the right teams, and confirm weekly appointments.
Collect co-pays/cash payments and reconcile daily sales (including lotions/bras); send totals to Billing.
Create and text the “Patient Ready” list to Nurses/MAs/Admin.
Assist elderly patients with paperwork; escort to exam rooms and take vitals as needed.
Schedule return visits and arrange transport when required; call no-shows to reschedule and log outcomes.

Medical Records / Data Accuracy

Build and organize new-patient consultation charts; upload to EHR.
Enter data meticulously in ADS and ARIA (including adding new physicians).
Obtain records from external providers; review daily faxes and forward appropriately.
Email/fax records upon authorized request; uphold HIPAA/PHI confidentiality—always.
Upload patient photos to S-Drive (SIM/Skin/Breast) and radiology CDs; notify staff when uploads are completed.
Prep weekly clipboards/charts with clear labels (follow-ups, re-evals, consults).
Call outside physicians to coordinate real-time consults for ICI doctors.
Receive radioactive Source deliveries; immediately alert the Physicist & Director and sign documentation.
