Job DescriptionDispatcher/scheduler needed for this busy company in Van Nuys.
Previous experience with:
-plan out routes for sales reps' site assessment appointments with potential clients
-communicate with sales reps' appointment schedule with potential clients
-call and follow up with potential clients' reminding them of scheduled appointments
-must have respectable customer service skills
-knowledgeable on computer programs: CRM, Word, Excel
-input detailed notes into CRM
-Experience with dispatching a big plus
-knowledge of Southern California's maps a plus
