Job DescriptionENT PHYSICIAN – SUFFOLK, CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA BEACH AREA

Our organization is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible otolaryngologist to become part of our physician-owned private practice located in the Suffolk, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach region.

  • We are a well-established and thriving ENT practice in the Tidewater area, looking to fill the position of a retired partner and potentially add another ENT specialist due to ongoing growth.
  • Founded in 1984, our group has expanded to include 5 ENT physicians, 3 advanced practice providers, and 8 audiologists.
  • We offer a comprehensive range of general ENT services and operate at a local community hospital with 310 beds, as well as an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC).
  • Our practice also includes in-office sinus procedures, balloon sinuplasty, and videostroboscopy.
  • The ideal candidate will appreciate collaboration and have an interest in general ENT and allergy. Subspecialty interests are welcomed, as our partners have experience in laryngology and head and neck surgery.

  • Partnership track available with no buy-in required.
  • Emergency room and hospital consult coverage is needed for 4 days each month.
  • Comprehensive audiology services are provided.
  • We have a strong allergy practice that includes on-site testing and immunotherapy.
