We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant. This role will support financial operations by managing accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial recordkeeping, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entries

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of accounts

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies

  • Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
