About the Role:
We’re hiring a Project Manager who can act as the professional face of our company with clients, design consultants and vendors. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in both written and verbal communication. You will be responsible for tracking client decisions, maintaining schedules, coordinating with the team, and ensuring smooth communication across the board.
This is not a site supervisor role—it’s a client-facing position that demands sharp thinking, deep knowledge, decisiveness, and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as main point of contact for homeowners, designers, and architects
· Develop and manage the full lifecycle of custom remodeling projects, from planning to completion.
· Track client decisions, requests, and approvals
· Manage project timelines, schedules, and documentation
· Write and send professional emails, RFI’s, weekly updates, and meeting recaps
· Lead or support jobsite walkthroughs and meetings as needed
· Collaborate with field staff and subcontractors to ensure follow-through
· Consistently monitor quality of work completed to ensure highest standard of finished product
· Develop subcontractor scopes of work, obtain bids and award subcontracts for new construction and remodeling projects.
Requirements:
· 5+ years experience in project management for high-end residential construction
· Experience working directly with architects, engineers and interior designers
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Ability to manage 4-8 projects concurrently and successfully
· Proficient in reading, understanding and interpreting construction plans, specifications and technical drawings
· Strong organizational and task management abilities
· Proficient working with Apple devices, MS Word & Excel and cloud technology
· Tech savvy – comfortable working with PDF editors, marking up drawings, digital quantity takeoffs, etc.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Ability to commute to different jobsites across LA area.
· Spanish speaker is an advantage
