The Opportunity
As an Environmental Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping branded spaces from concept to installation. You’ll design visual experiences that help our clients attract customers, tell their story, and create lasting impressions. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves seeing their ideas come to life at full scale.
What You’ll Do
- Design branded environments including signage systems, wall graphics, window graphics, wayfinding, and dimensional elements
- Translate brand identities into physical, spatial experiences
- Develop concepts, layouts, and visual systems that align with client goals and business outcomes
- Create presentation-ready design decks, mockups, and renderings
- Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs are buildable and executed flawlessly
- Prepare production-ready files and specifications
- Participate in client presentations and creative discussions
- Stay current on materials, fabrication methods, and design trends in environmental graphics and branding
What We’re Looking For
- Strong design skills with a passion for branding, typography, and spatial design
- Experience designing for real-world applications (signage, interiors, retail, exhibits, or environmental graphics)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); 3D or rendering skills are a plus
- Understanding of scale, materials, and production processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, and excited to keep learning
